Mrs. Katrina Hines

Assistant Instructor

A native of Wisconsin, Katrina graduated from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse with a Biomedical Science and Chemistry degree, and went on to obtain her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the same institution in 2006.  She began her career in the state of Minnesota and moved to Colorado in 2011 with her husband.

Katrina worked as a staff physical therapist with KinetaCare Physical Therapy in Brighton, Colorado, from 2012 to 2014.  She and her husband recently moved back to Minnesota where she now lives and practices, specializing in the treatment of orthopedic dysfunction, vestibular disorders, and chronic pain.  She continues to perfect her techniques through continuing education and utilizes manual therapy techniques, Functional Dry Needling, Kinesiotape, strain-counterstrain, and spinal manipulation in her patient treatment.  She bases her treatment philosophy on educating her patients about their injury so they can become autonomous in their own care.

Katrina enjoys painting and being active in the outdoors with her husband, twin boys Lucan and Thorin and their golden retrievers Olive and Gunnar.  A musician, Katrina has acted as Principal Flute in several symphonies and continues to pursue these endeavors.
