During his career, Sam has worked in various physical therapy settings in which he has treated many diverse conditions involving outpatient orthopedic, neurological, amputee and geriatric patient populations in a rehabilitation setting.  From this experience, he has developed a practice philosophy which emphasizes the importance of restoring proper body and gait mechanics, as well as incorporating the use of manual therapy techniques to ease soft tissue and joint restrictions accompanied by exercise to meet functional goals.  He has incorporated dry needling daily in his treatments since 2010.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing sports, watching TV, eating, and participating in community and church activities.  He resides in the Northern Virginia area with his lovely wife and twin sons.
